AIR TICKETING & HOTEL BOOKING PERSONNEL
The purpose of the Air Ticketing and Hotel Booking Assistant, is to give support to the HR Team to accurately process the air tickets & hotel booking. To report and confirm services, answer calls regarding documents, correspond with co-workers in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications:
Major areas of responsibility include:
- Maintain accurate and updated air contracts
- Efficiently and accurately issue air tickets
- Provide excellent support and information to all company personnel
- Accurately handle the refunds and exchanges.
- Manage ticketed PNR’s in order to avoid penalties
- Process requests and confirmations for hotel bookings
- Quality control of final documentation
- Other tasks assigned by HR Head.
